Hello to everyone in Brno and other cities,
As you may know or not I’ve spent most of my last 3 years living on the coast of Morroco and fell in love with the nature, surf and food.
I want to extend this experience and share a little of what I love with you and have chosen cozy home in the village where I’ve been living for the past 3 years.
I want to share the love of yoga that has evolved for me as being more of Ocean spirit now, I see the importance of breath, nervous system and somatic moves but you will also have Nada to bring the energy of Jivamukti style and meditations.
The place here is slow and it takes few days to sink in, but I have some nice trips to plan and also see the hustle of near by Medina.
The true Morrocan culture is warm and people are always smiling, but of course some of the sellers can be very keen. The language is still a bit of mystery to me but you will be surrounded by people who can speak English, Czech or French and Arabic. All classes can be taught in English or Czech, depending on the request of the group by both teachers.
